Jeff Gordon Jeff Burton Fight: Bad Example For Young Fans - Full Video

Jeff Gordon and Jeff Burton got into a bit of a fight at the Texas Motor Speedway over the weekend. Though no punches were thrown, there was definitely some shoving involved. You can watch a video clip of the Jeff Gordon, Jeff Burton fight below.

Nascar is a sport that is loved by all, and Jeff Gordon and Jeff Burton set a bad example for young fans who were watching the race from the speedway, and from home.

Jeff Gordon wound up getting out of his race car and confronting Jeff Burton after Burton slammed him into the wall.

Of the incident, Gordon said, “Of all the people out there, I never thought that would happen with Jeff Burton I’ve always had a tremendous amount of respect for him, but I certainly lost a lot of respect today.”

After the fight with Gordon, Burton admitted it was his fault and said, “I knew he was going to be mad, and I don’t blame him for being mad. He didn’t do anything he shouldn’t have done. He was upset, and he should have been upset. I wrecked him under caution – I didn’t mean to wreck him, but I wrecked him under caution – and he meant to tell me he was upset.”

Upon reaching the No. 31 car, Gordon violently shoved Burton and the two exchanged pushes and angry words – but no punches – before NASCAR officials intervened.

"Of all the people out there, I never thought that would happen with Jeff Burton," Gordon told ESPN afterward. "I've always had a tremendous amount of respect for him, but I certainly lost a lot of respect today."

Gordon said he wanted to do more than just shove Burton, but got himself under control a little bit as he made the long walk from the wreckage of his No. 24 car to the site of where Burton's car was parked.

"I was walking toward him, and I started going through all the scenarios in my mind," Gordon said. "Thankfully, I had a long walk down there to him, because I did about the least amount I wanted to do.

"I wanted to show him how upset I was, but I wanted to do a whole lot more than that. I held back. I'm just still in disbelief."

Jockeys Borel, Castellano fight at Breeders' Cup - Full Video

Calvin Borel, the most well-known jockey in horse racing today, saddled up across Javier Castellano. In a particularly aggressive maneuver, Castellano cut his horse, Prince Will I Am, across the path of the other horses.
It actually looks like after Borel got in Castellano's face, it was Castellano who threw the first punch. This is the first jockey fight I can remember seeing; from the comfort of my desk, I think it's kind of a pity that they didn't attempt to fight while still mounted. Road Rash on horseback is one video game I would love to play.

Bull Win- Matador rips pants- Full Video

The Day of the Dead with a celebratory bullfight earlier this week.

After being knocked to the ground by the bull, Marin realized he'd ripped the seat of his trousers, revealing a glimpse of his bare buttocks. The impromptu striptease garnered catcalls and cheers from amused spectators.

Though the announcer requested a spare pair of pants from the audience, Marin opted -- for better or for worse -- to complete the fight with a cloth tied around his waist.

Brett Favre Chin Injury, Brett Favre Injury Update -

Brett Favre expects to start on Sunday against the New England Patriots. "My expectations are to play and play well enough for us to have a chance to win this game," Favre told Werder. Take note that this is Favre that expects to play and Vikings head coach Brad Childress still hasn't officially said whether or not he will start his 41-year-old quarterback. The coach may decide to protect his quarterback from further injury by making him sit out on Sunday. Favre has been diagnosed with two fractures in his left foot. He is also the NFL's iron man and has started 291 consecutive regular season games. Even if Favre starts the game, he has been a train wreck for fantasy owners all season, throwing for ten interceptions and only 7 touchdowns. It is best to find a Favre alternative this week, such as Ryan Fitzpatrick, Matt Cassell or John Kitna.
